Technocommerce Engineering OOD has created and successfully boosted on the market induction furnaces with metal crucible for melting of metals and alloys having melting point lower than the Curie point. They can be used for melting of aluminum, magnesium, zinc, lead and their alloys. These furnaces are suitable for melting of scraps of non-ferrous metals, production of alluminium alloys, working with pressure die casting machines, gravity die casting and casting in moulds. For casting of aluminium, zinc and lead we use cast iron crucibles, where a steel crucible is used for casting of magnesium. Typical features of these furnaces are the low consumption of electrical energy and high productivity. We offer four type sizes of these furnaces, having capacity from 60 to 180 dm3, four of which being stationary, and two – tilting one. The specific consumption of power supply during the process of aluminium casting is less than 0,5 kWh/kg.

Typical for the induction furnaces with metal crucible is the intensive metal motion which supports the homogenizing of the content and also increases the quality of the finished product.

The indirect regulation of the temperature with an allowance of ± 5ºС in these furnaces is carried out through an electronic system which reacts to the coil current. Thus, a high quality of the casting is achieved where the scrap resulting from subjective nature is diminished.

The furnaces have second electronic system which serves as thermal safety device in the event of failures of the main regulation system.

The great advantage of those furnaces produced by Technocommerce Engineering OOD is the measures taken against dissolving of the cast iron from the aluminium melt which decreases the quality of the finished product and shortens crucible’s life.
